We take you through our discovery process which distills out all the different aspects of the application and business interactions. Through this face-to-face interaction, we will discover desired application interactions, business needs and user perceptions.

Strategize

Armed with all the information from the Discovery process, we start formulating the application core elements, outcomes and objectives! Below are some of the deliverables which help ensure a successful project and launch. Site Maps The application site map outlines the core high level application flow... the 50,000 foot view
Wireframes Wireframes are the next level of detail and depict the page level interactions and details about user interactions between pages and application functionality.
Site Architecture The site architecture describes the information flow of data in and out of the application.
User Experience Our goal is the best, most optimum user experience! This will start to outline the key elements of page level items and how the user will experience them.

Design

We create a tight collaboration between your team and our user experience architects which ensures a highly intuitive site with an outstanding user experience!
Scope Document The Scope Document details everything about the application from page level design, variables being passed in and out, security and even user interactions.
Functional Prototype Wondering how an application will function? The prototype enables you to click through the application to get a "feel" of the user experience to ensure it is intuitive and meets the needs of the business. Plus site changes in the design phase are quick and easy!
User Testing If you already have users, we can even run through different A/B testing using the functional prototype which helps crank up sales and conversion metrics!

Develop

After completing the designs, the development process is quicker, easier and cheaper since developers aren't left to the design work too... something which normally isn't their forte!
Iterations Different application sections are broken up into different iterations - some are worked in tandem and others rely on a separate iteration's completion.
Pair Programming We bring many aspects of Xtreme Programming into our Visual Methodology and pair programming is one of them. Things get done quicker with less errors when two brains are working on the same task!
Unit Tests & Defect Identification Unit tests are created for each of the core functions and all defects are logged and quickly handled by developers to ensure the product works flawlessly!
